Susan Sainsbury is a mixed-media artist based in the Western Catskills of New York. Sainsbury studied sculpture at the Academy of Art College in San Francisco and earned her B.A. in Creative Studies and Communication from the State University of New York, Empire State College.
Sainsbury is an art educator and founder of ‘Fostering Art and Friendship’ a program that serves children and seniors in Upstate NY as well as holding the position of program facilitator and instructor of ‘Creative Aging’ classes at the Delaware County Office for the Aging.
